Euroscepticism and Multiculturalism

The International Legal Research Conference Committee is pleased to invite you to the second International Conference titled “Euroscepticism and Multiculturalism”. The Conference will take place on December 7, 2009 at the Raadzaal (Achter Sint Pieter 200, Utrecht).

The interdisciplinary conference programme will feature speeches by Prof. V. Bader, Prof. T. Loenen, Dr A. Scolnicov, Prof. L. Besselink, Prof. A. Örkény, Dr G. Barrett, Prof. R. Sefton-Green, Prof. E. Örücü and Prof. J. Smits.
The topics discussed during the conference include freedom of religion, national identity, constitutional values, cultural identity, and private law regulation in the European Union. All topics will be discussed in relation to Euroscepticism and multiculturalism.
